Eric Birnbaum brings to his clients over 25 years of experience in technology consulting and software development. Industry ExperienceEric has deep expertise in the financial services industry, especially in investment research, where he has conceived and created solutions for research departments at many of the world's largest financial institutions. He has also created software for investment banking, asset management, trading and compliance groups. But Eric's financial services background extends beyond projects at global investment banks. He has also done extensive work for regional commercial banks, insurance companies, rating agencies and small financial boutiques. Eric has also held full-time technology positions at a public finance investment bank, a financial services training company, and at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY. Outside of financial services, Eric has successfully completed numerous custom software projects for clients in a wide variety of industries including: large pharmaceutical and telecommunications institutions; law, architecture, consulting, and accounting partnerships; high-end retailers, consumer products conglomerates and the U.S.'s largest ship-holding company.
